Week 2

Products that I will make that I decided to open a cafe drinks with ginger as its main product. This Cafe I gave the name "Ginger Cafe". Here is a list of menu on the "Ginger Cafe" :

How to choose the best quality of ginger

When choosing ginger, select roots with a strong spicy aroma and a smooth skin. Avoid choosing a cracked ginger or withered, because it affects the quality of the ginger.

Additionally, ginger can be stored tightly wrapped in a towel or paper or put in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks. Ginger can also placed in a bottle and cooled, which can last for 3 to 6 months.

Meanwhile, behind the sensation, ginger is also the sort of spice during the year. Making it easy to find.
